Customer service were unable to resolve my issue. I was transferred multiple times but unsuccessfully I believe technical support line should available for driver. Its been tow weeks that I keep calling for this issue

DDI, Nor, Spark/Walmart has yet to respond, I am Self-Employed and they can not impose policy on me as one of their employees, They can not have the best of both worlds, as I am Self-Employed, DDI, Nor, Spark/Walmart, Takes Federal or State taxes, and does not pay with a check, and do not pay for my vehicle, my insurance, my vehicle repairs or fuel, with that being said, DDI and Spark/Walmart needs to make a clear decision on which way they want to progress for the future to sustain the service. On this date, the 18th day of July, 2024 at approximately 6:45 p.m. at the Walmart Super Center located in Clarksburg, WV, I, James W. Price, II (Contractor) for the Spark/Walmart Platform, was denied from picking up a timed order due to the fact that I had my 5 year old daughter with me. As a single parent who has 50/50 custody of my daughter, I was denied by a Walmart (W-2) Employee Manager by the name of Kathleen.
I called Spark Driver Support and explained the situation. The Spark Driver Support agent advised me that the only person that was allowed to be in the motor vehicle on a Spark pick up was the driver only. No girlfriends, no wives, no friends, no animals, and no children.
99 percent of the drivers that utilize the Spark Platform bring one of the above mentioned along as they have the right to. This is due to the fact that they are independent contractors and the same rules that apply to W-2 employees do not apply to independent contractors. As long as the independent contractor provides the service that they agree to for the fee that is offered and the customer is satisfied with the performed service and the merchant has received their fees, the service has been provided adequately and should be free of any restrictions stating otherwise.
The current policy is clear discrimination towards single parents and families that provide services on the Spark/Walmart platform and this policy should be terminated immediately. If it is not, I will contact the WV Congress and WV Legislation immediately.
I'll also reach out to West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey and West Virginia State Governor, Big Jim Justice, to review this matter and move forward.

Between the time I applied and the time I was accepted to drive I lost access to the email I used to sign up. It's been 2 1/2 years and they still haven't taken care of fixing it. I miss out on important emails because Spark says it's DDI's job to fix if and Spark says it's DDI's job to fix it.
